Keith Brouze

Keith is the founder and CEO of ex-JSE listed retail entity (Busby Ltd) and has more than 20 years of business and personal relationships with all major national retailers and their key management. He is a non-executive director and chairman of RMCS.


Ron Goldstein

Ron is a founder of one of South Africa’s original service providers (GSM) and founder of various cellular businesses including CellShack - distribution, BuongiornoSA - content, and Africell - distribution. He has vast experience in the cellular and internet industries.


Dr Terence Lazard

Terence is a co-founder of cellular businesses Cellshack and RMCS.  He is a founder of investment banking company Stellar International and has been involved in treasury management for 25 listed corporations.  Besides his 15 years’ experience in hedge funds, he has been involved in property development in Dubai, Spain and South Africa.


Brad Kark

Brad has extensive business experience and a financial background. His business experience includes cellular, investment banking, operational processing and financial structuring.

Adam Greenblatt CA (SA)

Adam qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has an extensive financial background. His business experience encompasses cellular, operational processing, auditing and business controls.


Ruperta O’Kelly – IT Director


Over the last 15 years, Ruperta has developed and implemented the IT and credit management systems for Edcon Consolidated Stores Limited and other leading credit retailers. She has an established track record as an industry leader in retail implementation of IT systems.
